Choose the apps that distract you. Study Lock uses Apple's Screen Time to block only those, only when you've decided to study.

  1. Focus sessions

    One tap, then heads down.

    • Start a 25- or 50-minute session with one tap.
    • Blocked apps show a Study Lock screen instead of opening.
    • Get an optional notification when the session ends.

  2. Weekly timetable

    Lock in study time ahead.

    • Set one study slot for each weekday, from 15 minutes to 3 hours.
    • Your chosen apps are blocked automatically during each slot.
    • Edits apply to upcoming days, so today's plan stays predictable.

  3. Always in your control

    You can always end it. Just not by reflex.

    • End every block yourself from inside the app, with a confirmation and a 3-second press.
    • If your subscription ends or Screen Time access is turned off, Study Lock removes its blocks.

  4. History

    See what actually happened.

    • Review your completed, ended-early and interrupted sessions on this iPhone.

  • No account, no cloud sync. Your timetable and history stay on this iPhone.
